The problem
A support bot that answers anything will eventually say something untrue. The customer acts on it, and the business finds out days later.
The system
A website agent that checks a question belongs to the business before answering, answers only from the site’s own content, shows the passage it used, and hands over to a person when unsure.

Vector and full-text search run separately and are merged by rank fusion. Off-topic questions are declined before generation. Repeated questions are served from a semantic cache. Each customer’s documents are isolated from every other’s.

A good-looking PDF usually means running and patching a headless browser yourself, and keeping it from being pointed at your own network.
The system
An API: send HTML, a URL or a saved template with JSON, and get a finished PDF back. Keys, usage metering, quota headers and rate limits come with it.

Requests are validated and queued by plan priority, rendered once styles, fonts and images have loaded, and the output is checked before it is returned. The renderer refuses internal addresses. AI agents can call it as a tool.
